Earth Day Common Sense
Well earth day has come and gone. Is the world now a better place? I sure hope so. I hope people will use the worlds resources more wisely and take care of what we have a lot better. No room for hypocrites in my book.
Make sure to recycle and reuse what you can. Clean up a mess if you see one. Use only what is necessary. Run your business and home the same way. Help our world survive a little longer. It is no joking matter, things are changing and the ecology of the earth is different than a hundred years ago. Just use common sense and treat the entire planet and any area you might find yourself visiting or living in with respect.
Our water supplies are a big area of concern. Water supplies are maxing out all over the planet and in some areas are dwindling. Be very conservative with water. Find ways that you can cut back on its use. It may be a hassle however try hand washing dishes once or twice per week rather than running a dishwasher for an hour or more.
Do not run the water uselessly. Cut back on the water needs of landscaping, put in zeroscapes if you can. Do not run your outside water continuously when and if you wash a car. Keep the children from playing with the water hose outside all day. Shorter showers help also. There are many helpful ways that really do not affect us to much that we can do to conserve the earths resources.
